Object 1 announces 100% completion of RA1N Residence

Object 1 has announced 100% completion of RA1N Residence in Jumeirah Village Circle. The milestone brings a completed residential development to the company’s Dubai portfolio and marks an important step in its delivery programme.

Located in District 12, the 25-storey tower comprises 144 homes. The residence mix includes one- and two-bedroom apartments, alongside a collection of top-floor apartments with Jacuzzis.

The shared spaces are designed to support everyday life within the building.
