Object 1 launches A1LA Residence on Al Reem Island

Object 1 has launched A1LA Residence on Al Reem Island, its first residential development in Abu Dhabi. The project marks a new stage in the company’s expansion into the capital, following the establishment of its Abu Dhabi sales presence and acquisition of waterfront development plots.

A1LA Residence will comprise 171 homes across 17 residential floors. The collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, together with a limited selection of two- and three-bedroom duplexes. The development spans approximately 247,022 square feet of built-up area, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028.

Three levels of amenities are planned to support leisure, fitness and social life. Facilities include a sky pool on the 17th floor, a cinema, a clubhouse, a gym, a yoga and Pilates room, a barbecue area and a games room. Children’s play areas, outdoor sports zones and landscaped social spaces complete the offering.

The Al Reem Island location places the project close to Abu Dhabi Global Market and within reach of Downtown Abu Dhabi and Saadiyat Island. A1LA Residence combines this established residential setting with a range of apartment types and shared facilities.

The launch forms part of Object 1’s wider plans for four waterfront plots on Al Reem Island. Together, those planned developments span more than two million square feet and carry a stated combined sales value of AED 4.5 billion.

Object 1 CEO Tatiana Tonu described the company’s entry into Abu Dhabi as a long-term commitment to residential communities. A1LA Residence is the first announced residential project within that expansion.
