Completion of V1TER Residence

Object 1 has announced the completion of V1TER Residence in District 12 of Jumeirah Village Circle. The development is the company’s second completed project of 2026, marking another step in the delivery of its Dubai residential portfolio.

The 25-storey tower comprises 175 apartments: 34 studios, 91 one-bedroom apartments, 42 two-bedroom apartments and eight three-bedroom homes. This mix provides a range of layouts within an established residential community.

Shared facilities include a landscaped podium, a lounge lobby, a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a gym and a sauna. Indoor and outdoor sports areas add opportunities for exercise, while a dedicated children’s zone and children’s pool support family life.

V1TER Residence is located near Circle Mall, with connections to Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Its JVC location gives residents access to local amenities as well as Dubai’s wider business, retail and leisure destinations.
