Launch SKY LEVEL 1

Object 1 has launched SKY LEVEL 1, a mixed-use development in District 11 of Jumeirah Village Circle. The project introduces 420 one-bedroom residences across 35 residential floors, alongside dedicated office, retail, parking, amenity and rooftop spaces.

Scheduled for completion in Q2 2029, SKY LEVEL 1 expands Object 1’s residential portfolio in JVC. Its design takes inspiration from elevated living and the night sky, with shared spaces that bring leisure, observation and digital experiences into the residential setting.

The elevated lifestyle deck is planned to include a Sky Infinity Pool, a panoramic sky deck with sun loungers and a Sky Observation Deck equipped with digital telescopes. These amenities are designed to give residents spaces to relax, gather and explore the sky above the city.

The development also introduces a Smart Wellness Zone with an AI-powered Smart Mirror. Planned features include real-time movement analysis, exercise form correction and interactive workout guidance. For younger residents, a Digital Coloring Wall will turn children’s drawings into interactive digital experiences.

Located near Circle Mall, SKY LEVEL 1 connects residents with JVC’s established retail, education and leisure facilities. The wider location also provides access to destinations including Dubai Hills Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Palm Jumeirah.

The launch brings together Object 1’s continued expansion in JVC and its focus on practical residential layouts, smart features and shared amenities. SKY LEVEL 1 adds a new project to the company’s Dubai portfolio, with a planned residential experience centred on everyday convenience and leisure.
